The TouchSecure Government Reader family includes all the features of TouchSecure Readers, with a choice of RS-485 OSDP or Wiegand, making them some of the most advanced edge door readers available.

The Hirsch TouchSecure reader is an FIPS 201-approved physical access reader. It can read HF and LF contactless credentials and can integrate with C•CURE 9000 access control systems, offering an ideal solution for FICAM migration.
All the products in the extensive line of Hirsch TouchSecure Readers integrate into the C•CURE 9000 access control system. They encompass both single- and dual-factor authentication configurations, and are APL-listed and FICAM compliant, making them ideal government security solutions.

When the Hirsch TouchSecure Reader is integrated with C•CURE 9000 access control, it provides the industry's most flexible and highly secure intelligent door reader endpoint. It enables agencies to deploy a highly secure U.S. government FICAM card authentication key (CAK) at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions. The reader supports and reads any PIV-based card with an ISO14443 contactless interface and a CAK certificate.
