Software House - Software Registration – Important Update
On January 23rd the login for SLM (Software License Management) is being updated into a new credential management system. This upgrade will require a maintenance period from Friday January 23rd 5pm EST to Sunday January 25th 12pm EST. During this time, software registration will be unavailable online.
If you’re an existing Security Professional with permission into SLM, you will receive an email on January 24th asking you to verify your account and reset your password. Please look for this email in your inbox, promotions or junk mail.
If you miss the email, you can also visit the login page and click on the ‘Unable to sign in’ link to verify your account and reset your password.
